Permission and Use
As a digital archival platform, this website provides access for users to conduct searches and serves as an entry point for exploring the profound Buddhist thought and Humanistic Buddhism of Venerable Master Hsing Yun. Authorization for the use of presented digital resources is handled according to the licensing policies of the respective custodial units. Applications for use—such as research, teaching, publication, exhibition, cultural and educational outreach, or creative applications—are processed with the assistance of the responsible custodial units. Please refer to the “Licensing Guidelines” page on this website for details.
External Collaboration
This website selects and digitizes materials related to Venerable Master Hsing Yun from Fo Guang Shan collections and actively collaborates with Fo Guang Shan Dharma centers worldwide, educational institutions, research units, and related cultural organizations to jointly collect and organize important materials dispersed across different regions.
Through cross-institutional collaboration and the joint creation of metadata and digital content, the project progressively expands the scope of the archives, positioning the platform as a key hub for aggregating Fo Guang Shan–related resources globally and promoting the integration, exchange, and sustainable preservation of Buddhist cultural materials.

Some datasets within the website's digital collections are restricted to internal Fo Guang Shan access due to licensing conditions or personal data considerations.
